Clowning with Flippo

Ever want to run away and join the circus to be a clown. Now you don’t have to – just join Flippo clown camp and learn all the tricks of the trade. Great for kids from eight to eighty, Flippo teaches how to juggle, spin plates, create balloon sculptures, perform balancing tricks, and amaze your friends with sleight-of-hand magic tricks. A guaranteed blast (just ask any of last year’s junior clowns), this is a summer camp kids won’t forget!

Flippo the Jugglin’ Clown has been clowning around professionally since 1989. A resident of West Boylston, Flippo can often be seen driving his Flippomobile around town. He has performed at the World Trade Center in Boston, Mohegan Sun Casino, First Night Worcester, and has been shown on Cartoon Network, ABC Family, and Nickelodeon.

Flippo’s Clown Camp is a three-day crash course in fun, from 10 am – 12 noon on July 10-12, in the gym at Major Edwards. Open to kids of all ages 8 and up; cost is $45 for all three days.

Pre-registration is required; email arts@wbaf.org or call Mark Baldi at (508) 835-6489.

Hurry now and pre-register before we can’t fit any more clowns in the car!
